Can't stream sky sports + says an error streaming

Is anyone having issues connecting to the LIVE rugby through the red button on SKY SPORTS+ I get an Error code AMP1001 ID 5b4296 Any idea what this means? Thanks

@superfrank8  What event are you trying to watch you can only watch the sky sports + linear channel via the sky go app not the additional streams

This is what I get on Sky Stream via the Sky Sports app.

Click on the  live tile for the Rugby League Warrington v Salford and it shows this;
