Sky dish problem

We loose signal every time it rains.  So 

i feel there is a problem with our Sky dish.  We have insurance cover on our equipment . So I want someone to look at our dish . Please .

@Flowerflower  Sky Glass where you have posted does not use a dish, could you confirm which TV box you have Sky+HD or Sky Q?

 

Also in cae you're not aware this is a customer helps customer community not a live chat so it's unreasonable of you to expect a reply within 3 minutes of posting, have a read of this link https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Members/ct-p/members  it explains what the community is.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you have Sky Protect insurance then you need to contact them for assistance. Their contact number will be on your policy documents.
