We have the same issue you get 4 mins into episode 1, then freezes can not fast forward or rewind goes to a black screen.

 

we have tested all other episode they seem to be fine and will play

It freezes at 22 minutes in episode 1 and then exits the download

All her fault - Ep 5 won’t load

Episode 5 of All her fault will not play at all, it comes up with a blue screen saying sorry this item is currently unavailable. It has been saying this for the whole day, I am able to watch all other episodes.

All Her Fault Episode 5

Hey,

 

All Her Fault episode 5 keeps saying, currently unavailable... but episode 6 plays fine. Is episode 5 going to be available soon? I have tried restarting my Glass TV but still doesn't work.

I have moved your post to the topic at hand, there is a fault with this that Sky are aware of as you can see by the post from a community manager from Sky.

I have this exact issue too. It's stopped half way through and won't let me now play it at all. I  can continue on and select episode 6 with no problems which plays fine but not episode 5. I am watching on sky glass too if that helps engineers.

Hi @Shannon301 .  I binge watched the entire series this week and had no problem with any of the episodes so it would indicate that there is nothing wrong with the actual broadcast.

 

I would suggest rebooting your puck by going to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes a couple of minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

 

Hopefully that wil clear any software glitches 🤞

Im using Sky Q and haven't had a problem downloading the UHD version until episode 6. Just watched ep 3,4 and 5 with no issues, Ep 6 downloaded but when I go to play it, I just get a black screen and time plays for a couple secs then bounces back to beginning. Same with ep 7. Have deleted both and deleted forever from deleted folder. Downloaded those episodes again. Same thing, they wont play. Deleted forever ep 5 and downlaoded this again to test. This plays fine, sor for me, its a problem with ep 6 onwards.

 

I tried another program from On Demand, Fire country S3, ep15 and 16 and the UHD versions start to  play fine so far, so not a problem my end.

Is there an update on this issue at all? I had been watching series in UHD with no issues until I got to Episode 6 alike another user when it just has the initial couple of credits and then goes black and then back to the beginning. I've tried deleting etc and redownloading which hasn't made a difference and I've also since tried downloading in HD which it will do but wont give me the option to play it...
