Sky Animation pin protection

Any ideas why sky animation is now pin protected?

On a similar thread on the Sky Q board Sky have confirmed this issue has now been resolved.

The film IF 19brating

Why have certain kids films been given a rating of 18 ? If Cloudy with the chance of meatballs Despicle me

Some of the films are wrongly being listed as rated 18, so require a PIN before 9pm.

Film certification

Since yesterday evening, films with a PG or U rating (and maybe others) are changing to 18 rating when they start - so I'm having to enter my PIN each time.  On the "info" bar, family films are showing as 18 certification. I cannot contact any technical support team to help fix this.  Any ideas why this has just started to happen, and how to fix the problem?

Incorrect age rating

Is anyone else having issues with incorrect age rating on sky animation ? All the films this evening are now rated 18 and require a pin to watch rather than being U.

It's happening here too, tried restarting the box to no avail, went through all the pin protection to make sure they were still all turned off before realising the movies have been incorrectly marked as 18's - I was watching Noah's ark 😩 which should be a U. 

Went along the guide and can see that every movie upcoming tonight on animation (the channel I usually leave on overnight because it doesn't usually request pin) has its normal ratings of PG and U but as Teen titans just started it switched it from rating U to 18 before my very eyes. 

A glitch is definitely glitching!

Just tested again this morning and now the pin has been removed from channel 305.  Sky animation 😁
