Satellite issue

All my channels are working apart from 512 which is showing a blue screen with the message no satellite signal. It works in mobile devices.  Anyone have any ideas? 🤷‍♀️

GB News moved transponder to a wide European footprint rather than a narrower UK/Ireland one

 

this means that any slight mis-alignement of the dish can result in loss if the channel      (as well as CNN & Bloomberg which use the same Transponder)
