@oj01 I'm assuming you can access the court selector even though you can't take an image and are uk based?
@SKY1992bf Correct, I'm in the UK and it works fine.

@SKY1992bf yeah I've tried on an android phone and on an (iOS) iPad. Doesn't seem to be an operating system issue.

I am based in the Republic of Ireland and I am unable to access the multi-court option for Sky Sports Tennis via the app. I have reinstalled the app, updated the app, logged out and back in, and also tried on another device but the issue remains. I have the relevant Sky Sports package. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so been able to resolve the issue?

Hello,
The multi-court option for Sky Sports Tennis is available to subscribers on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Q and the Sky Sports app. You should be able to watch all courts for the first time on Sky Sports by accessing the match of your choice through your remote control, mobile app, Sky TV app, red button channels or NOW Bonus Streams. Some users have reported similar problems with the multi-court option, such as not being able to see all the courts, getting error messages, or having poor quality streams. Some possible solutions that have been suggested are:
- Check your internet connection and speed. You may need a minimum broadband speed of 2.5Mbps to watch Sky Sports Tennis in standard definition, or 8Mbps for high definition.
- Check your device compatibility and settings. You may need to update your device software, clear your cache and cookies, or enable location services.
- Check your subscription and account details.
I hope these solutions are helpful for you. If you need more assistance, please let me know.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked my internet connection and speed and they are both fine. I have no issues with the streaming quality and I can stream the main broadcast via the app with no issue. I have cleared cache and cookies, enabled location services, updated both my phone and the app. I have logged out and back in. I do have the relevant subscription for Sky Sports.
I have contacted Sky directly numerous times over the last week via Chat, WhatsApp, phone calls and email. Depending on who I am talking to, I receive different explanations. I have been told that multi-court is not available via the app, only via the TV. I have been told I cannot access the multi-court with my Android phone. I have been told there is a technical issue that is being worked on but they cannot give any time frame of it being resolved. It is very frustrating.

Posted by a Sky employeeHi all,
Thanks again for telling us about this issue, and being so detailed in your replies to this thread. The Sky Sports app team have informed us they've identified an issue causing ROI customers not to see additional coverage and have the right people looking into the fix but have no time frames just yet.
We'll update the thread as we know more, if you notice any changes feel free to share here.
Thanks,

Court choice not working on my Samsung Android either in ROI - screenshot attached. Have subscription to full Sky Sports package. Not a massive tennis fan so not that worried but would like to see it sorted for others.
