Paramount+ freezing when on Ads
Is there a fault with the Paramount+ app or is my Internet (sky Broadband) not fast enough to cope!

Have moved your post here.
This is a known problem with adverts stalling Paramount + on Sky Q/Sky Stream and Sky Glass.
Sky are looking into the issue.
See my post 4 above for the further details.

Re: Paramount+
Same problem here on Mobland and Sky Stream.
The ad starts, the whole screen goes green and nothing happens. You go back to the menu, and hit resume, the ad audio starts, no video just a green screen with the 80 second countdown. Once it hits zero it is back to normal.

Re: Paramount + Freezing With Error 3005 or 9999 (Sky Q/Stream/Glass)
Exactly the same happening here on Sky Q. The ads keep freezing on 31 secs and then an error message comes up saying an issue with the internet and to try again. If you don't click on try again, it will restart but rather than continue with the episode we're watching, it jumps to the next one. If you click try again, it doesn't do anything other than come up with the same error message. Tried restarting the router which worked once but the issue has started again when trying to rewatch the episodes from resume. . Have also rebooted the Sky Q box and manually updated the Sky Q software but no change. We've been trying to watch NCIS Sydney so it's not linked to a specific series given that others have been trying to watch Mobland and 1923. The issue is exactly the same on our Sky Q mini-box so the issue is not specific to the Q main box. Very frustrating......

Re: Paramount+ freezing and crashing
I assume this is when watching on a Sky TV device? If so there's a thread here which is about a current issue that you might find helpful https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/Paramount-Freezing-With-Error-3005-or-9999-Sky-Q-Stream-Glas...
Consider liking this post if it was helpful, or mark as an answer if it solved it for you.

Hi @PoshMichele
Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.
