I subscribed to just Sky NFL - Ch412 (£20/mth) for NFL. It comes with an additional channel (SkySp Tennis -408). This year the additional matches will be shown., but not on the included SkySp Tennis, its on SkySp+ Ch404, which isnt included in my subscription and is encrypted. But its supposed to be included for all Sports subscribers.

Sky Sports+ is only available to subscribers of the full sports package.
To be honest, I didn't believe that subscribing to individual sports channels was still an option (apart from F1)

You've answered your own question really. You don't have the complete Sky Sports package.

Re: NFL on Sky Sports Mix
I agree with @oj01 Customers are usually only able to subscribe to one stand alone Sports channel which I though was either F1 or PL.

Re: NFL on Sky Sports Mix
@Daniel0210 @oj01 to clarify new sky sports customers can indeed only subscribe to the complete sports pack with the only exception being f1
legacy single pack customers can continue to receive their current subscription until cancelled ie in this case tennis/action/nfl channels, once cancelled customers can only resubscribe to the complete sports package again the only exception being f1
current single pack customers must upgrade to the complete sports package to receive the additional content that is only available via sky sports plus (404) with a full subscription

Re: NFL on Sky Sports Mix
Even if you subscribe to the full Sky Sports pack you still don't get access to Sky Sports Mix (as that is only available if you also buy a Sky Signature package). So NFL fans miss out on "Redzone" (Sundays from 6pm Sky Sports Mix) if they're not regular Signature subscribers even though the channel itself has "Sky Sports" in its name. Crazy!
The full Sky Sports pack enables you to watch NFL games on Sky Sports NFL and via Sky Sports + Red Button also has access to games only, but for some reason not Redzone!
Any idea why Sky Sports isolate Redzone from their NFL community in this way?

@NikkiMorley I don't understand your point you can't get sky sports at all without a basic package through Sky tv
so how exactly are isolating customers

Re: NFL on Sky Sports Mix
I don't watch any of the "other Sky Atlantic etc" channels so basic "Sky Essentials" package works for me as you can add on Sky Sports.
However the Sky Sports Mix channel that airs Redzone is only available to "Sky Signature" customers i.e. Sky Atlantic etc, and not available to Sky Sports customers (if you don't have Signature), so whilst I can get access to the actual NFL games I can't get access to Redzone.
A solution would be for Redzone to be available through the red button on Sky Sports + but apparently that show is only available for Sky Signature subscribers.
Hence Redzone is being isolated into the entertainment space, rather than the sports subscriber space.

Re: NFL on Sky Sports Mix
@NikkiMorley how do you subscribe to sky sports?
Is it through sky or NowTv?
If sky, What sky do you have? Sky q, sky+HD, sky glass, sky stream?
If sky q or sky+HD, do you have HD add on?
