Itvx Emmerdale

Since Monday I haven't been able to get Emmerdale to play in itvx. Other programs work ok but i am just getting a black screen when I try to play Emmerdale. Anyone else?

ITVX SOAPS I cannot watch them

I cannot watch ITVX emmerdale or coronation street catch up as it's not working

ITVX isn't available on Sky Go (where you had posted this) so what TV platform is this one, Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

I'm so sorry this is all new to me I only watch my soaps catch up on ITVX I don't even know about sky go I'm of the older generation it's so confusing

@Jillypig  But you must know how your accessing ITV X?

 

Is it on a Sky Q box, Sky Stream/Glass or your TV's inbuilt app?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
