In the meantime, you can watch the episode on Sky Go or and only if you have the uhd  pack on Sky Stream, the uhd version plays out fine, it seems only the hd version is causing the issue.

Sky Go as the episode plays on there without any issues.

Picture problem

Hi all, it's about Chicago PD having had problems with series 12 episode 5 the same has happened with episode 6 this time 13 minutes into it, the last time on episode 5 was 18 minutes into it. None of these issues have NOT been resolved. Who can do anything about this issue

Hiya I'm finding the same problem first half fine then break then screen is blank but you can still hear it this has been on 2 episodes now abit annoying

I've just downloaded S12 E5 of Chicago PD and it seems to be working now. Remember, if using Sky Q you will need to fully delete the broken episode from your Recordings list, then go into deleted items (go into Recordings, select Manage, then Deleted) and delete it from there, before downloading the new version. 

 

PS. Episode 6 is working too, but again follow the above advice before re-downloading it.

With Stream/Glass they should just play whatever is on Sky's servers at the time as they don't download to a hard drive. Perhaps the streamed version is yet to be fixed.
