Booking a box office event

I get a message saying the fight can't be booked due to my spend limit reached??

The Sky Store team can not help with Box Office issues but @Ruey10 you do need to get in contact with Sky so they can fix this for you:

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

No select on box office event

I go into box office, it says select to confirm and there is no select option. Of course it will happily work online if I pay an extra £5 which there is no chance I will do.

 

Frustrating!

Try the Select button on your Sky remote.

On Sky Q:

Go to channel 491. 

The description box appears, showing the details of the programme.
At the top right of this box, there is "Select to order" text.

Press SELECT

The page changes to a full-screen version of the programme. 
In the middle roughly, it says "Select to purchase".

Press SELECT again to purchase and follow the instructions. 

There are no "buttons" on screen to select.
