I think you mean:

"I have a blank TV. Can you put my TV in basic mode so I can use normal TV?"

Please note that you are talking mostly to other customers of Sky in the UK and Ireland. You will need to contact Sky directly to change your subscription.

I'm going to take a few guesses to what you're referring to to best help you out as much as I can.

Sky+ or older box/Freesat:
If you do not have a Sky Q or Sky+HD receiver and are using a Sky+, Sky Digibox or other Sky receiver, Sky and other providers are removing their SD channels or moving their SD channels to a new frequency that is not compatible with non Sky+HD or Sky Q receivers. If this is the case  you will need to upgrade to Sky Q (I don't think Sky do Sky+HD boxes anymore).

If you're using a Freesat receiver, you will need to ensure your Freesat box can receive HD channels. If it cannot, you will need to upgrade.

If you're using a third party receiver you need to ensure that it is a DVB-S2 receiver and not a DVB-S box.

Sky Glass or Sky Stream:
If you have Sky Glass or Sky Stream and are experience issues, this is a Sky issue and Sky are working on it. There is more information here:

Sky Q or Sky+HD message "No satellite signal":
