Apple TV saying ' try connecting to internet' today, and all day yesterday. All apps working. Apple TV works on iPad, just not on Sky Q

This is the second night that I am unable to connect to Apple TV.  Apple status is all green when you check on their status page. Any help would be good.

Ours two think sky probably needs to reset the connection at their end as the apple tech issue looks to have put some q boxes out of sync

I am using a Sky Glass TV. I cannot open my Apple TV app. The app is fine on other devices and using the same WiFi.  How to resolve the issue?

Accessing Apple TV get a not connecting message and to check internet connection. Connection fine(other apps eg Netflix is fine). Contacted Apple who say no issues their end. Is there an issue with Sky access to Apple tv

Have had the same issue sine yesterday evening. Apple TV works fine on all other devices except for Sky. 
Would be helpful if we had some kind of response from Sky?

Apple TV isn't working on our SkyQ getting a message that says Could not connect to Apple TV . Called Sky yesterday  13 December- they said it is an issue between Sky and Apple on certain Sky Q boxes. Couldn't give a timeframe to resolve.Anyone else with the same issue. It's fine on our other devices and all other Apps on Sky are fine too.Thanks
