This is happening to me keeps saying could not connect to apple TV check Internet connection  and try again. All my other apps are working any suggestions?

Apple TV

Apple TV is not working on Sky Glass (states  internet issue ) I have no internet issues and I've rebooted the TV multiple times.

Highlight settings

0,0,1 middle button

Reset settings

 

Then once box has rebooted, refresh apps

 

You then have to re-sign into Apple TV but it works

 

Clearly a Sky issue....

This worked for me....

 

1) access installer menu (highlight "settings", press "0,0,1" then "select" on remote).

2) select option to reset SkyQ box (not factory reset or hard drive reset).

3) once done, need to pair the remote again so it can control the box.

4) repeat step 1 again, then select option to "refresh apps".

5) once complete, unplug SkyQ box for 30secs....then power up.

 

You will then need to sign in to all the apps again....Apple, Netflix, Prime etc.

Hope it works for others......

Phoned Sky, call lasted 1hr 3 mins, they got me to delete enough recordings to bring used disc space down to under 70%....didn't work, then do the 'Settings/001/refresh apps(which doesn't erase recordings)....didn't work, then turn off power to reboot Q Box.....didn't work, then check software version which is latest version....then said it's an Apple problem....but gave me £15 credit off my Sky bill.

You just need to reset settings and it will work

I had the same issue and fixed it this way:

1. Press the home button

2. Highlight settings then type 001 then press select (circle button)

3. Scroll to reset then reset settings

4. Once the box reboots I couldn't turn it on from my control so press the button on the sky box itself

Then connect the remote by holding 1 and 3

The Apple TV then worked after I signed in

@Richard205....did you have to sign into any other apps; Netflix, Paramount, Discovery+, BBCi etc....?

Is there a fix for Sky Stream? 
I've already done a hard reset of the puck, reset the remote etc. 

Still no luck.... still no Apple TV

Everything else works. 

Why is no one from SKY posting solutions?
