Paramount+

When sdvers cc o When adverts come on it just buffers and then pauses programs are ok just the adverts do this Trying to watch Criminal minds , discovery etc is virtually impossible , why is this? Any help appreciated

We have been told in an update from Sky today in our closed community area this is still with Sky and Paramount working for a solution.

It is being actioned. 

 

The same problem is occurring for Sky Glass and Stream customers;

As per the previous Sky status answered post in the thread for Sky Glass/Stream for the same issue;

Paramount+ issues

Paramount+ keeps pausing and jumps to adverts .. then buffers for a long time before skipping the episode you are watching and starts the next episode! Constantly stalling and repeating the same promo then an error message comes up saying no internet connection.. but we have.. so frustrating!!

Hi, I dont necessarily need to upgrade my fustration is playing paramount + through Sky Q every time an advert comes on and the clock starts clicking down it freezes and crashes error 3005. I have updated software etc but contiually getting this problem even though it is in the same room as my sky ultra fibre high speed broadband. So frustrating

Paramount + app is constantly freezing during advert breaks and is becoming unwatchable . We have tried rebooting and it does not solve the issue .

we have reported this to sky before but nothing has happened !

This Paramount+ advert problem has been taken up with Sky and they are working with Paramount+ to fix

This is a known issue on Sky Q/Glass/Stream that Sky are looking at.

Paramount + keeps buffering

I'm trying to watch Paramount +. The app starts then shows a few seconds of an advert the buffers. An error code 3005 comes up on the screen. Sometimes I'm able to eat h part of a program then the same happens again. My broadband connection is fine and I'm signed up to the app. Any help would be amazing. Thanks in advance
