I'm not aware of any Sky product or service called Sky Talk xtra.

The default Sky Talk (and Sky Talk Internet Calls) is PAYG at an unpleasantly high price per minute for outbound calls.

There are three optional extra-cost subscription add-ons to Sky Broadband (note prices below may not be current).

Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra

Enjoy inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles after 7pm Monday to Friday, as well as all day on weekends. International landline calls are charged at standard rates.  The Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra tariff costs an extra £5 per month when added onto your selected Sky package.

I have Sky Talk Extra and just noticed a change in my monhtly bill. It seems I've been charged £6.48 for one call and another £3.24 for another. The only thing I can see different to all the other calls charged at 0.00 is that they were both over 1hr long... but, nowhere can I find details of call charges or information informing me that only calls less than 1 hour long are inclusive. Not very happy as this stinks of rip-off hidden charges. ☹️ So beware of going over the time allowed folks!

It's well known on here that the 'inclusive' calls are limited to one hour in duration and to prevent charges you're expected to hang up before 60 minutes and redial the number. You've incurred the charges I'm afraid. 

It is mentioned in the 'footnotes' in the Sky Talk tariffs.

Yeah, I assumed that was what it was. It might be well known on this forum but not to new landline customers and I looked hard to find details of the package/inclusinve minutes etc. Thanks, I'll look at the 'footnotes' but still think it's quite hidden.

@AJ5052 there's no such package. I'm guessing you mean Sky Talk Anytime Extra.
