I'm not aware of any Sky product or service called Sky Talk xtra.

The default Sky Talk (and Sky Talk Internet Calls) is PAYG at an unpleasantly high price per minute for outbound calls.

There are three optional extra-cost subscription add-ons to Sky Broadband (note prices below may not be current).

Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra

Enjoy inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles after 7pm Monday to Friday, as well as all day on weekends. International landline calls are charged at standard rates.  The Sky Talk Evenings & Weekends Extra tariff costs an extra £5 per month when added onto your selected Sky package.

Sky Talk Anytime Extra

With Sky Anytime Extra, you’ll receive inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles at any time throughout the week, and at weekends. This tariff will set you back just £12 per month on top of your selected Sky subscription.

Sky Talk International Extra

Stay in touch with loved ones all across the world with Sky Talk International Extra, which gives you inclusive international calls to 50 global destinations. And don’t worry about neglecting those closer to home, as you’ll also get inclusive calls to UK landlines and mobiles at any time, any day of the week.  Sky Talk International Extra costs just £14 extra per month when added to your Sky subscription.
