Engineer been this morning but phone hasnt come on, its connected to the hub, how long before it will work

Was this for your installation? Is your broadband working? Do you have a white Max Hub, or a black one?

Internet working, and it's a white hub.

If it doesn't resolve it, Sky's advice here is to contact them. If you wish, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat

If you have a white hub, make sure the line is plugged into the hul not the wall socket. Just corrected my dead line by doing this.
