Hi,
my Grandmothers phone line is not working. She can't make or receive calls. She relies on the phone line for her personal alarm system at home, incase she falls etc, so we need it sorted asap.

Has she got other means to report it to Sky? Are you already an authorised person on her account to speak to Sky on her behalf and you know the answers to her security questions?
