landline wont work cant phone out will ring in but cant hear people

landline cant ring out and rings incoming calls but cant hear or answer phohe and my account to pay bills though tv not working

@miss+emma+jane+to Check that the issue is not your phone rathervthan the line if it isnt then give Sky a call using your mobile or another line.
