Can phone out but cannot recieve calls

Our Landline Phones

Can call out but cannot recieve calls since the phones have been connected to the Sky Hub

Are you new to SkyTalk/Broadband? If so, when was your service activated? What colour is the Voice light on your Hub?

@ianpower002 It's not uncommon for full phone activation to take 24 hours, but it should have completed by now. Try restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds. If you still have the same problem, I'd report it to Sky. Dial 150.

can call out but cannot recieve calls with landline cannot call Sky because cannot call out

tried to reboot HUB suggested by a user but still not working

That statement is confusing. You state you can call out, but state you can't call Sky because you can't call out?
