Problems with landline

I’m receiving calls to my landline but I cannot answer them. Also no dial tone to make a call.

The phone is connected to the new router as per instructions and the voice light is illuminated green.

Have you tried a reboot of your router ?

 

If you have then try running this line test:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Yes I've rebooted a number of times as the tv regularly loses internet connection also. I've done the test and all indicators are showing as ok

Your only option is to then contact Sky so if you haven't got another phone to use they can also be contacted via Twitter or Facebook Messenger,
