Is this with a landline phone or a Sky Mobile phone ?

Our Landline Phones

Can call out but cannot recieve calls since the phones have been connected to the Sky Hub

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Are you new to SkyTalk/Broadband? If so, when was your service activated? What colour is the Voice light on your Hub?

Was activatd on June 15th and all lights are green

Is your phone cable plugged into the back of your Sky hub ?

@ianpower002 It's not uncommon for full phone activation to take 24 hours, but it should have completed by now. Try restarting your Hub by switching it off at the plug for 30 seconds. If you still have the same problem, I'd report it to Sky. Dial 150.

That statement is confusing. You state you can call out, but state you can't call Sky because you can't call out?
