Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreShe needs to call Sky (150 from her landline) who should change it if she's reported the harassment to the police and has a crime number.
If Sky do change it your daughter will have to be extremely careful who she gives the new number to ie; mutual friends.

Your daughter can, however, set up the free Sky Talk Shield and use its call screening service. That requires every caller not white listed to say who they are when they call. She then has the option of whether or not to take the call and/or block the calling number.
