Existing Landline Number Not Switched
I ordered Sky Broadband and Talk on 26 Nov 24 and requested that I retained my exisitng landline.
Today, 6 Jan 25, my new Sky service was activated but the landline number has been changed. I have received no communication from Sky regarding this.
Is there anything I can do. Or why did Sky suggest I could retain my existing number?

Re: Existing Landline Number Not Switched
Sky say that it's normally possible to keep your number, but they don't guarantee it. Unfortunately it's highly unlikely that they'll be able to do anything to retrieve it, now that your line has switched to Sky.

Re: Existing Landline Number Not Switched
Thanks for the response.
We heard nothing from Sky about this issue. No letter or email. Only once the service was switched did we check the number to determine what it actually was. This was why I wondered if it was still possible that the number would change.
And it does say 'Most of the time you can keep your existing landline number'.
