My land line not working since i moved home and i do not have a connection strip?

Have you told Sky you were going to move and if so what activation date were you given for your broadband and talk services to go live ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@JPSYJY does your broadband Hub have a Voice light which is lit? If so, your phone handset needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. The normal wall sockets won't work.
