my land line

My land line not working since i moved home and i do not have a connection strip?

You did not send to me.

 

Please call to me or send for land line phone asap.

You are not talking to Sky support as we are customers like you.

 

Have you told Sky you were going to move and if so what activation date were you given for your broadband and talk services to go live ?

@JPSYJY does your broadband Hub have a Voice light which is lit? If so, your phone handset needs to be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. The normal wall sockets won't  work.
