Hi. I am trying to set up my landline voicemail, its asking me to enter my temporary pin. Where can I find this? Thank you

@T+O+GIs voicemail already set up on your account by Sky, or is this something that you are trying to add on your own?

Hi yes it is set up but when I press 171 it asks for my temporary pin.

That service only applies if you've signed up to Voicemail Plus, which costs £2.50 per month. It's not applicable to standard Voicemail.

You can call Sky for free on the 150 phone number.
