I've held on the phone for 20 mins to sky and they have just cut me off. Absolutely fuming !!
I want to get my main incoming by point relocated in the house. I have contacted BT and because I have a sky contract, they are unable to assist and have suggested I contact sky to undertake the work. Is this something sky can do or do I just rip the point off the wall and ring sky to tell them my line is faulty?

I am please to say that Sky decided to ansewer my call on Saturday within 5 minutes and couldnt have been more helpfull. They have arranged for openreach to attend my house on wednesday to relocate my incoming BT point AT NO CHARGE !
Thank you Sky, you have restored my faith.

Yes, Sky can do that for you. No need to damage the existing installation.

And of course taking such drastic action could then leave you with a bill for them redoing your handy work 🙂

Please can someone at sky take my call or contact me to sort. I appreciate there will be a fee to pay. Quite simple, just want the job doing.

Just dial 150 on your landline phone, when asked the nature of the call say " Technical ", you may be asked for a mobile number, give this, but DO NOT hang up, you should be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.

Exactly the same thing happened to me this week - I was raging, still am. Although they did send me a text afterwards and left me a voicemail. Sky say they can't place an order with openreach as I'm on a non-sky network (whatever that is) and openreach say the order needs to come from my provider- am stuck in the middle 😞

The OP hasn't said they're on a non-Sky network, so it's not the same. Sky should be able to help with the OP's request.
