charges to calls to french landline

I am paying for sky talk plus extra. As I have relatives who live in France. However I'm getting charged 36 pence per minute so this service is not working out as an advantage. How can I get rid of it?

There's no call package with that name. To change to a different package, give Sky a call on 150.
