check phone line
My landline is not working - it says check phone line. can we fix this?

What's the background to this, please? Are you new to Sky Talk landline service? Has your landline service with Sky been working ok up to now?

I am a sky broadband superfast, variety, sky talk anytime extra and sky broadband boost customer. my phone on teh landline is saying check phone line which I have done at tehhandset and the connection and it is not resolved. I cant receive or make any calls.
