Moving Master Telephone Socket

Just attempted to have the telephone master socket moved. Asked for a second password on the system - don't have one? Asked for payment up front [£65] and to input the 16 digit code for my card, did this and asked again for same code - gave up 😳

Were you talking to the bot, if so see if you can get past it but saying nothing when asked about why you are calling.
