Hi, we recently switched our business line to sky with broadband and voip.
we were told everything would be the same.
However our telephone bell so we can hear the phone in a noisy environment does not work. It's basically a phone extension.
The inbuilt answer phone on the digital handset does not work.
I was told I need to buy an analogue phone, with an answerphone, which now works.
But we have extensions that do not work.
It seems to go back to analogue using Voip is crazy?
please can someone let me know how to add a loud bell
And how to add another phone extension

Both would need to connect to the phone socket at the back of the Hub.
Note that Sky don't support business use, unless you sign up to their business product, Sky Connect.

Thanks yes we have signed up to the sky business.
have emailed 5 times for help- no reply.
so I need a double phone socket adaptor?

Did you try phoning instead of email? Presumably you used the correct email address?
