Landline not working
Landline not working, constantly being cut off, very frustrating when am working away and trying to phone my wife! It's ringing my end but not at home. Sometimes says sorry this number is not available right now or something? Been like it the last 2 weeks.. why is it not working and keeps knocking itself off ?

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
You can also run this test via the MySky app.

I've tried the line test I've tried everything. Works for 10 mins then shows as engaged or not available try later but am still getting charged for the call. I have to turn it off each time it happens , reset it , it works once then goes back to not working. Seems to be happening a lot to everyone on here

When it is working it might be worth calling Sky on the free 150 number so they can investigate this for you,
