Using a landline extension with Sky Fibre
I recently got Sky Fibre. So I have plugged downstairs landline into back of router. However, as before I would like to have an extension upstairs. How do I do that? For example, would Sky provide a Digital Voice Adapter or would I need to buy one. So if I were with BT and had Fibre installed, they would provide a Digital voice adapter fee of charge, which would be paired with the router downstairs. In this way I would be able to use any landline phone

Re: Using a landline extension with Sky Fibre
There's no adaptor for Sky Talk, I'm afraid. The only connection is via the telephone port at the back of the Hub. Perhaps a cordless DECT phone where the base station plugs into the Hub and the handsets connect wirelessly to it might be a solution?

Re: Using a landline extension with Sky Fibre
So the phone currently connected to the back of the Sky Fibre Hub is cordless. So does that mean I can only have 1 phone (corded/cordless) in the house

No. Providing the handsets talk to the base station (rather than the Hub) you can have several. There are DECT phones available which support multiple handsets.

Only BT Broadband provides such hardware with their broadband, because only BT has a century of heritage as a telephone company.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
