Uninterrupted power supply

I have switched to sky and now I am on voip service. I have got a pendent incase I have a fall. This connects to the hub,but if there is a power cut it won't work, I've been informed that either sky or open reach can supply me with a power supply that woks in a power cut. Dose anyone know who to contact? Thanks.

So far as I'm aware, Sky don't currently provide UPSs for their Hubs, but by all means give them a call.

I'm fairly sure that Openreach won't do so.  As @Mark39 indicates, if Sky has such things available then they certainly don't advertise it.

Remember that a UPS has to cover the router (Hub), the ONT if it's an FTTP connection, the receiver for the pendant and the landline phone handset if you have one which uses external power.
