I have just had Sky Fibre installed with house phone plugged in to the the new ultra fast router , we are able to call out from the handset to our mobiles and other landlines, however,

when we try to call the home phone from a mobile a continuous tone is omitted. Are mobiles not able to call the Sky internet calling method as now installed by sky?

Any advice appreciated.

@SanMichaelYour mobile phones should be able to get through to your landline even when plugged into the back of the router.

Are you able to receive calls from other mobiles or landline phones ?

The fault is a technical issue which Sky have escalated up the chain.
