Not been able to use talk shield for ages. Anybody else?

What happens when you try to use it?

On computer says error. On sky app won't even load

Just 'error'? There's usually an explanation as to what kind of error. I can only assume you're seeing the same fault as a number of others, explained here: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Talk/Sky-Talk-Shield-cannot-amend-via-the-website-or-My-Sky-App/m-p/503...

You can still use your phone handset to add starred or blocked numbers.
