Phone line not work

I been with sky for 13 years and only ever had one or two problems , I now have no phone line that works I have try different things to contact sky but they never got back to me

@Rachel10 try Sky's Service Status checker here, for any known problems that might be affecting your line. 

 

Then try the simple connection test, even if your broadband is working ok.

I tryed all that and still not working, I know they change phone lines but I not had any messages say they was doing it yet , thanks you

Yes, at the moment you're only routinely switched to a digital landline if you move home, or upgrade your broadband technology. If you were being switched, you'd have a broadband Hub with an illuminated Voice light on the front panel.

 

You'll need to contact Sky to report the fault. If you have a mobile you could call. Alternatively try the options here: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Account-Billing/Want-to-private-message-Sky/ba-p/4895295

Thank you do you know the phone number because ever time I try I don't get anywhere with it thanks
