Talk Shield Problem

I have been trying to activate Sky Talk Shield for over a week as I am being bombarded with scam telephone calls at 7am ande 7.10am on three or four occasions per week!!!  I am at my wits end to stop this.  When will it be fixed please??

@NorDen to activate the Shield, you need to call Sky. 

Once activated you can manage star and block lists, and turning the call screening feature on and off via your phone handset, if you're unable to access the Shield online.
