Sky streaming not excepting income phone call

New Sky Customer, new phone will not except incoming calls, outgoing calls working, took new phone to a friends home with same sky stream service, and phone works perfectly

Sky's telephone service has nothing to do with Sky Stream tv service. I assume this is Sky's landline phone service you're posting about?

Yes part of broadband, I accept it's not a sky error, but sky won't get a Open Reach engineer ti check line, I am a new customer, and reported issues 7 days ago, I think I will cancel sky and use  Vodafone

When was your Sky broadband/landline service activated? Do you have a black broadband Hub or a white one? Do you have a full fibre service with a separate fibre optic cable to your home? I assume your phone is plugged into your Hub, not the wall socket.
