sky talk sheild

Been getting this error for days.  How to get around it

You can use your phone keypad to add starred or blocked numbers, if that helps?

There's no way to get past the error message online, I'm afraid.

Yes. Tried the link. Doesn't work.  So discovered that can't add or delete numbers via mobile or windows pc.

 

I have to use land line 1780 and add each number via hand set.  That seems to work.

Was on the sky technician and support for about 45 minutes. They sent lots of links and text which didn't work and they then said it would only work via landline so I used that and it seems to work. They couldn't fix the issue so we gave up.
