Can’t make outgoing calls

Every time I try to make an outgoing call I get a message saying I am not able to connect to the number because my Talk Talk account needs reactivating?   Don't understand as am with Sky Talk.

@Peggy16 Where is the landline phone currently plugged into, if sky is your new phone provider!
