Sky phone not working
Hello.
My phone line has stopped working, which also means broadband has also stopped working.
I don't get a dial tone if I try to make a call and the handset says "line in use" even though it isnt,
If I call the landline from a mobile, the phone does ring but does not connect.
I've followed all the user guides on the help pages, and nothing works. The landline status shows green/OK, and the broadband status checker says it cannot connect to the hub/red.
I've even tried a different phone handset, and its just the same fault.
The phone is important to me as an elderly person living alone
