Phone line not working

Check line status on phone. Unable to make or receive call and no dial tone. Broadband is working fine. 
Performed all of the checks on Skys website but it hasn't resolved the problem. 

Does anyone know how I can get the line checked and a fault reported please?

Update -  After a private chat an external fault was found and an engineer has been booked
