Switched to Sky Fibre and Sky talk today. Broadband up and running. My phone ain't make or receive calls. I've completed the steps Sky suggests, anyone got anything else I can try? TIA

green voice light is on but phone not plugged into box as I thought that was only for internet calls.

Thank you @Mark39 , didn't appreciate I had to plug phone into router, landline now working. 😂

Just so you're aware, Internet calls are charged in exactly the same way as standard calls.

Hi guys, same issue except I have pluuged everything in and still have had no success. I tried ringing sky Ireland and their automated system keeps ending the call even though I have asked for more help. Starting to get very frustrated with sky now. Please help
