Landline Issues

My landline seems to have changed to another number.

If i call the landline from my mobile it rings on my mobile but not the landline.

If i call my mobile from the landline it shows a different landline number.

If i call the different landline number the landline phone rings.

What is going on?

What's the background please? Are you new to Sky Talk/Broadband? Any recent changes to your subscription?

Looks like a fault which you'll need to report to Sky, then. You can call them on 150 or if you wish we can ask the Messaging Team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat.

Thanks Mark, i did try to call them twice today, on hold for 12 and then 8 minutes before they ended the call.

OK, I'm assuming you'd like the Messaging team to contact you and I've alerted Sky. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and a Private Message inviting you to chat online. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates.
