new Full fibre with Voip - cannot receive calls from none Sky numbers

Good Day All,

 

I've just had FF installed and transfered my landline number.. hiccups aside now that FF is working (Thursday 30th Nov) I have discovered that I can only receive calls from Sky mobile.landline numbers. 

Can anyone tell me how long it should take to port the number for other providers to be able to call please?

 

.. yes I can call out to any number.

it appears that it required  more patience than I thought.. as this afternoon all is working (so needs more than the weekend to  become active , which I assume meant business hours for someone to approve)..
