Sky Talk Shield error

Yes I have had the same thing and over £100 worth of calls to an Edinburgh telephone number over the last 12 months (we don't use the phone for outbound calls now so don't check the bill regularly) - It's at least 79p for each call we are billed for i.e. over £100 over the last year?   

SKY have been utterly useless over it - they got me to setup Talk Shield to block the number and it's still allowed this hacker to make another call on 1st Nov 2024 after it all being "blocked" supposedly in October 2024 by SKY? 

Raised my complaint again today as SKY sent me an email recently saying "case resolved / closed" which just beggers belief???

SKY used to be a company that you could talk to and they cared and actually tried to help - now they do not help, do not fix things and (in my excperience) don't even refund now for their own issues - it's all about more and more money and profit with SKY now.

I have even asked for ALL outgoing calls to be blocked at our end until this is fully resolved but I don't expect SKY will help nor do that...

Hoping someone at SKY will actually read this and do something about it ASAP...

Awaiting a reply from somebody at SKY who can actually fix this and ensure their system is secure and doesn't bill customers for calls that they have not made...

I have give up now and moved to EE, I got fed up of the scam calls and nothing was spotting them, they put my package up to a stupid amount and would not bunge and i had been with them 25+ years..

It is nearly a year since I started this particular thread.  It is disgusting that a fix hasn't been worked out in this time.  A friend is with BT and their call screening works perfectly.  I have been with Sky over twenty years but am also thinking of leaving because of this.

Before I left I mentioned sky talk sheild and all I got was ..we have no problems with it !!!
