My elderly mom of 84 years old without phone since yesterday. She lives aline in remote area and depends on the phone. Her personal panic alarm also has message to say line disconnected. I have unplugged and checked all cables. Nothing working.

It may be worth registering her with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning
